Prices for custom made embroidered appliqués and emblems provided on this website are based on average designs. Complex designs will be quoted on an individual basis.

DISCLAIMER POLICY:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade of color for thread and fabrics due to die lots. We cannot guarantee exact shapes of logo designs, due to the finishing process of manufacturing.

Due to supply & demand, factory reserves the right to substitute appliqués of equal value or color combinations for stock other than those shown when stock designs are ordered.

All prices, specifications and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by factory and are not binding until accepted by factory. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts. We are not liable for any typographical errors on this website. 

FREIGHT:
F.O.B.  FACTORY, MASSACHUSETTS.  Unless a specific method of shipment is requested, we will use our judgment regarding the selection of a carrier. Generally, our carrier of choice is U.P.S. (United Parcel Service).

OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS:
We make every effort to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship over or under up to 10% and will be invoiced accordingly. 

PACKAGING:
Embroidered appliqués are packaged on perforated paper sheets and bulk packed in poly bags. All stock appliqué designs have a stick-on backing.

Embroidered emblems are bulk packed 50 pieces per poly bag. Emblems are "SEW-ON" style unless special backing is required at an additional cost.

Woven Appliqués are bulk packed 500 pieces per sleeve type box. All stock designs have a stick-on backing. 

PHONE & HANDWRITTEN ORDERS:
Orders will be processed with signed purchase orders. Phone orders must be confirmed with order clearly marked "CONFIRMATION".  Factory will not be responsible for duplications or correctness of verbal orders. 

PREPRODUCTION SAMPLE:
Custom Embroidered Appliqué: $100.00 NET
Custom Embroidered Emblem: $100.00 NET

Preproduction sample charge is fully refundable providing the sample is approved without any design changes and an order is placed for at least the minimum order quantity required.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Stock Embroidered & Woven Appliqués: 5 to 10 days
Custom Embroidered Appliqués: 3-4 weeks 

For large quantity orders, a delivery schedule will be established upon placement of an order. 

RE-ORDERS:
To insure exact duplications, please include previous order number and date of invoice. Also, include quantity to be ordered, item number, item description/color and complete shipping address and attention. 

RUSH ORDERS:
Orders requiring production time that is less than the normal production times stated, must be confirmed and accepted by the factory. An additional charge may be necessary. 

SPECIAL PACKAGING:
Custom packaging is available. Please inquire for prices. 

TERMS:
Factory reserves the right to extend an open credit line. Partial or full payment may be required before orders are processed. A credit application will need to be completed and approved by factory in order to be considered for a line of credit. 

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS:
Liability for Infringement of designs made per customer's art is assumed by the customer. If a design is questioned as proprietary, it will be necessary for the customer to provide proof of their right to use the design so questioned.
